A Rich, Vegan Source of Proteins, Amino Acids, Iron & Magnesium:
Great for Vegans, Muscle Growth, Weight Loss & Heart Health

Living Traditionally's Organic Pea Protein Powder is a 100% organic, vegan protein source (these are not the same green peas found in a grocery store...these are organic yellow peas).

Pea protein is naturally hypoallergenic because it is free of dairy, eggs, nuts and soy.  Unlike whey protein, pea protein is easily digestible (as it does not contain starch nor fiber).

Pea protein is a complete protein as it contains all 9 essential amino acids and has a similar amount of BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) as whey protein powder!

Pea protein actually has 3X the amount of the amino acid L-Arginine as whey protein (L-Arginine plays an important role in muscle growth).

Protein and Amino Acids:  Pea protein powder is a complete vegan protein source (It does not contain dairy or eggs).  Pea Protein compares to whey protein in comparison tests on muscle growth.  However, unlike whey, pea protein is hypoallergenic and vegetarian/vegan friendly.  It is also much easier on the digestive track as it does not contain starch or fiber.

Builds Muscle Mass & Strong Bones:  Protein and amino acids are essential for strong muscles and bones.  Pea protein is a complete protein source with all 9-Essential Amino Acids (low on methionine) and BCAA'S (Branched Chain Amino Acids).  It is also very high in non-essential amino acids, especially L-Arginine (which is essential for building muscle mass).

According to the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, Pea protein powder is just as effective at building muscle mass as dairy based protein powders (including whey protein powder).  Living Traditionally Protein Powder is also easily and quickly digestible.  Because optimum muscle growth requires protein within 30 minutes of working out, a quick digestive uptake is essential for achieving maximum muscle growth results.

Weight Loss:  Pea protein is an effective supplement for promoting weight loss.  Not only will you gain more muscle (and muscle burns fat), but you will also feel more filled up and less susceptible to snacking in-between meals.  Pea protein also can increase metabolism, which will help your body burn more fat even while at rest.  Lastly, Pea protein can effectively help control blood sugar levels.

Heart Health:  Pea protein does not contain cholesterol or saturated fat.  It is an ideal protein source for those trying to lower their cholesterol levels while not giving up sufficient levels of protein and amino acids.  Pea protein has also been shown to reduce blood pressure.

How To Use:  Add 3 tablespoons (about 20g) to smoothies, juices, water, etc.  For muscle growth, best taken within 30 minutes after workouts.  Store in a cool, dry place.  Reseal package after use.

I am loving this option of Protein for my diet. I’m on the keto diet, and it’s imperative I get the right amount from the right sources. This takes the cake and the worries away!
